2. Refund Policy

Non-Returnable Products

Since ghee is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is opened.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

You received a damaged product.
You received a wrong product (different from your order).
The product is found to be defective or spoiled on delivery.

Refund Process

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery via email/phone with order details and images.
Once verified, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

4. Damages During Transit

We take utmost care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.
We will either issue a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
